Schuerman, a native of the Cedar Valley, started his construction business in 1999 and specializes in remodeling, new homes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, design/build, custom homes, & woodworking.

Schuerman Construction is known for custom finish work, attention to detail, and fine home building. We use local, reputable subcontractors, suppliers, and designers on all projects.

Schuerman Construction is a member of the Home Builders Association of Northeast Iowa, Home Builders Association of Iowa, and National Association of Home Builders.
